Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receiving a confirmation email or message from us. Please check your spam/junk folders if you do not receive a confirmation.

Contact Information: Ensure your contact details are accurate. We may need to contact you regarding your reservation.

Reservation Policy

Booking Times: We recommend booking in advance, especially for peak times. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.

Group Bookings: For groups of 8 or more, please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.

Booking Amendments: If you need to amend your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Amendments are subject to availability.

Booking Cancellations: Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your booking. This helps us manage our tables and reduces food waste.

Arrival and Dining

Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your reservation. We hold tables for up to 15 minutes past the booking time.

Dining Duration: During busy periods, we may need to allocate specific dining durations to accommodate all guests. We will inform you of any time limits when you book.

Special Requests: Let us know of any special requests or dietary requirements in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Payment and Charges

Deposits: A deposit may be required for large group bookings or special events. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made less than 24 hours before the booking time.

Service Charge: An optional service charge of 12.5% will be added to the bill for tables of 6 or more.

Payment Methods: We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and contactless payments.

 

 

 

Conduct and Safety

Guest Conduct: We aim to provide a pleasant atmosphere for all guests. Please respect other diners and our staff.

Health and Safety: Follow any health and safety guidelines provided by our staff. Notify us immediately if you have any concerns during your visit.

Liability

Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage.

Damage to Property: Any damage to our property caused by guests will be charged to the responsible party.

Changes to Terms: We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. These updates will be made live and dated.
